Here at MaaDisha we believe that your overall health and well-being is directly associated with both the inner and outer person. That means that happiness plays a direct role in your health!

We found this wonderful experiment performed by the team at Soul Pancake, which looked into happiness and how expressing gratitude greatly improves someones level of happiness. It is important to take the time to let those you care about know how much you care. This will not only brighten up their day, but yours as well!

Feeling a bit down? Write someone you love a note and then reach out and read it to them. It worked for the participants in this video, and it can work for you.
